One of the best places to buy suit pieces like blazers, tailcoats, etc. is on ebay because it's cheaper and often more so what you're looking for.

Two ebay stores have two different interpretations of the tailcoat.

Even if you don't smoke these will make you look eccentric, sexy and intimidating all at the same time. Even if you're not. At all. There was an article once in i-D Magazine about a photographer who used to infiltrate all these high end stores and take pictures in their dressing rooms. She went into the Tom Ford men's store with a cigarette holder and an unlit cigarette and the salespeople thought she was just some crazy rich woman. They let her try on a $4000 dressing gown no questions asked. That said, quirky accessories should not be taken for granted.

Kohl eyeliner is a must if you want to vamp yourself up. But I'm sure most of you don't

want to look scary and racoon-esque like Musidora (above) but it illustrates my point.

Musidora was born Jeanne Roques. She was a Parisian actress famous for her vamp roles. Musidora is Greek for "gift of the muses." Her most famous foray into film was a "serial" Les Vampires in which she played the role of Irma Vep (anagram of vampire).
